Le meilleur accueil sera r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 nos h\u00f4tes. Celui-ci gardera le solde du montant du s\u00e9jour, si l&rsquo;annulation intervient moins de 2 jours avant la date pr\u00e9vue d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e dans les lieux.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin-right: 7.3pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garett book',serif;\">Si le locataire ne se manifeste pas dans les 3 heures qui suivent la date d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e indiqu\u00e9e sur le contrat, le contrat devient nul et le propri\u00e9taire peut disposer de sa chambre. La taxe de s\u00e9jour est comprise dans le prix de la nuit\u00e9e pour les chambres d\u2019h\u00f4tes, elle est de 0,70\u20ac par jour et par adulte. Les repas pris \u00e0 la table d\u2019h\u00f4te et autres d\u00e9penses sur place sont non explicitement inclus dans les tarifs et sont payables sur place en fin de s\u00e9jour.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin: .6pt 0cm .0001pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Garett book',serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garett book',serif;\">Article 7 : \u00c9tat des <span style=\"letter-spacing: -.2pt;\">lieux<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin-right: 5.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garett book',serif;\">Un inventaire est \u00e9tabli en commun et sign\u00e9 par le locataire et le propri\u00e9taire ou son repr\u00e9sentant \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e et au d\u00e9part de la chambre. Cet inventaire constitue la seule r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en cas de litige concernant l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux. L&rsquo;\u00e9tat de propret\u00e9 de la chambre \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du locataire devra \u00eatre constat\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux. La chambre doit rester dans un \u00e9tat propre durant le s\u00e9jour.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin-right: 5.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garett book',serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin: .05pt 0cm .0001pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garett book',serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garett book',serif;\">Article 8 : Utilisation des <span style=\"letter-spacing: -.1pt;\">lieux<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin: .05pt 0cm .0001pt 7.1pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garett book',serif;\">Le locataire devra assurer le caract\u00e8re paisible de la location et en faire usage conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la destination des lieux. Le locataire s\u2019engage \u00e0 occuper les lieux lou\u00e9s personnellement avec sa famille ou ses amis, dans la limite du nombre de personnes pour lequel la maison est lou\u00e9e, et \u00e0 en user paisiblement. Plus particuli\u00e8rement, les meubles et objets mobiliers ne devront \u00eatre employ\u00e9s qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019usage auxquels ils sont destin\u00e9s et dans les lieux o\u00f9 ils se trouvent, il est absolument interdit au locataire de les transporter hors du logement. Il s\u2019interdit d\u2019apporter, pour quelle cause que ce soit, aucune modification d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et d\u2019eau existant, dans les lieux lou\u00e9s, et s\u2019engage \u00e0 faire imm\u00e9diatement proc\u00e9der \u00e0 ses frais aux r\u00e9parations qui pourraient \u00eatre rendues n\u00e9cessaire par un mauvais usage de ces installations. Il ne pourra sous aucun pr\u00e9texte sous-louer tout ou partie des lieux lou\u00e9s. Le locataire r\u00e9pondra des d\u00e9gradations et pertes qui pourraient survenir pendant la dur\u00e9e du contrat dans la chose lou\u00e9e, \u00e0 moins qu\u2019il ne prouve qu\u2019elles aient eu lieu par cas de force majeur, par faute du propri\u00e9taire, ou par le fait d\u2019un tiers qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas introduit dans le logement\u2026 <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin: .05pt 0cm .0001pt 7.1pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garett book',serif;\">Fumer dans les chambres et le g\u00eete est interdit.
